Practice Focus

Over more than four decades, Arthur B. Page has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to nonprofits, families and high net worth individuals. He is the former Co-Chair of the firm’s Nonprofit Group and serves on the board of numerous organizations and foundations.

Art acts as general counsel for colleges, foundations, public charities, and other nonprofit tax-exempt organizations.

His practice also includes estate and business planning for families and individuals. His team handles sophisticated estate administration issues, addressing tax, fiduciary and family matters.

In addition, he serves as a trustee, and provides financial management for individuals and charitable foundations through the firm's Trust Department and as a Managing Director at Hemenway Trust Company, a private fiduciary firm based in Salem, New Hampshire.

  • Art is active in a number of bar and professional activities. He is a member of the American, and Boston Bar Associations, the Planned Giving Society of New England, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the Association of Governing Boards and the Boston Economic Club.
