Cody A. Zane is a real estate/corporate associate in the Business Law Group at Hemenway & Barnes. His practice is focused on commercial transactions, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.

Cody represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions; provides clients day-to-day advice and guidance on a full range of legal and business issues; negotiates and prepares operations-related agreements; represents clients in commercial real estate matters including acquisition and sales, development, foreclosures, leasing and financing. Cody also advises clients on legal issues in the electronic security and life safety industries.
