Thomas L. Guidi concentrates his practice in real estate and nonprofit law.

Practice Focus

Thomas L. Guidi concentrates his practice in real estate and nonprofit law, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate financing, leasing, acquisitions, sales, and zoning. A major part of his practice involves advising religious nonprofit organizations on real estate and organizational matters.
