Neha Dhupar is the Director of Project Management at Hemenway & Barnes. Neha is responsible for overseeing and implementing firm-wide projects primarily related to the firm’s technology infrastructure. She develops detailed project plans, while ensuring firm-wide readiness for implementation. Neha focuses on executing strategic plans that facilitate long-lasting, progressive change for the firm, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Neha has a legal background and robust experience in project management. Most recently she served as the Director of Program Management at a large investment management firm. Prior to this, she served as Director of Project Management for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Neha holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and served as Counsel at Massachusetts Department of Transportation after completing law school. Neha also has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
