Ryan P. McManus will be presenting at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Tenth Annual Probate Law Conference. The conference will be held at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
Ryan will speak on the “Prosecuting and Defending Contested Probate Accounts” panel from 1:15 to 2:30 PM.
Joseph L Bierwirth, chair of Hemenway & Barnes’ Litigation Group, is also presenting at the conference. He will co-present the session on “Allocation of Attorney’s Fees and Costs in Fiduciary Litigation” from 9:00AM to 10:15 PM.
