Recent Changes to the Tax Laws Affecting Museums

On December 22, 2017, President Trump signed into law a new set of changes to federal tax law, popularly referred to as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Further changes to the tax law were made as part of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018, enacted on February 9, 2018.
