Joseph Bierwirth to Present at Tenth Annual Probate Law Conference

Joseph L Bierwirth, chair of Hemenway & Barnes’ Litigation Group, will be presenting at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Tenth Annual Probate Law Conference. The conference will be held at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Joe will co-present “Allocation of Attorney’s Fees and Costs in Fiduciary Litigation” from 9:00AM to 10:15 PM.
Hemenway & Barnes litigation partner, Ryan McManus, is also presenting at the conference. He will speak on the “Prosecuting and Defending Contested Probate Accounts” panel from 1:15 to 2:30 PM.
