Joseph Bierwirth to Appear as Panelist for Social Law Library Webinar “19 Fiduciary Law Solutions During COVID-19”

Hemenway & Barnes partner Joseph Bierwirth will appear as a panelist for Social Law Library webinar on “19 Fiduciary Law Solutions During COVID-19” on October 1, 2020 from 4:00 – 6:00pm.

The webinar will be conducted as a conversation between three veteran probate court judges and three experienced fiduciary law practitioners. The panelists will discuss the challenges presented in fiduciary practice by the current Covid crisis. Topics will include: trust and estate litigation and the types of matters that are being heard currently; estate administration and fiduciary appointments; financial exploitation, guardianship and conservatorship changes to practice; and the current and future state of the probate courts presiding over fiduciary disputes.
