Hemenway & Barnes partner, Johanna W. Schneider, was quoted in the Boston Globe article, “Hotel in North End along Kennedy Greenway earns BPDA approval.” Johanna represented the developer of a boutique hotel in the North End before the Boston Planning and Development Agency Board on March 10, 2022. She told the board that the project presented “a unique opportunity to transforms an underutilized, blighted parcel.” The 134-room hotel project received approval from the BPDA Board to move forward.
