Hemenway & Barnes Client 6M Development Wins Key Approval from Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeal for North End Hotel

Hemenway & Barnes partner Johanna W. Schneider represented the developer of a 134-room boutique hotel in the North End in obtaining zoning approvals from the City of Boston. Following the BPDA’s approval in March, the ZBA granted a key approval on Tuesday, August 23rd.
