Join Eleanor Evans for a deeper dive session during the 2021 Nonprofit Board Summit, presented by the Harvard Business School Associations of Boston, New York, and Northern California. This will be an interactive presentation and discussion.

In this session you will learn about various ways two or more nonprofits can combine their programs, assets or entire organizations to improve their sustainability and enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Get answers to questions including: What can we achieve by merging? When should we begin thinking about a merger? What should we look for in a merger partner? How do we find a merger partner? What’s the board’s role in the merger process? What lessons have other nonprofits learned from their experience with mergers?
