Edward Notis-McConarty to Present at MCLE Program on Probate Practice

Hemenway & Barnes partner, Ned Notis-McConarty will present “Will Contests and Other Objections” at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Probate Practice program on Monday, August 16, 2021. This MCLE program will provide a comprehensive review of the entire estate administration process, from pre-probate considerations to allowance of the final account, with a special emphasis placed on handling the modest estate. Ned will be discussing contested estates.
