The Red River Valley Estate Planning Council is a nonprofit organization in Fargo, ND that seeks to provide education in estate planning to the general public and to the organization’s members.

Brad Bedingfield is a partner and chair of the Nonprofit Group at Hemenway & Barnes. He assists private foundations and public charities with navigating complex tax regulations and procedures, including receipt and disposition of complex charitable gifts and participation in innovative forms of impactful philanthropy.
