Josh Martinez is an associate in the Litigation Group at Hemenway & Barnes. He represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes, including commercial litigation, probate and fiduciary litigation, and land use matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh served as a law clerk to Justice Neyman of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As a student at Suffolk University Law School, he served as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, a judicial intern with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and a law clerk with a Boston law firm, where he focused on drafting court filings and legal memoranda involving complex probate and trust matters.
