Ryan P. McManus will discuss conflicts of interest that arise in estate planning and trust and estate administration at the Boston Probate and Estate Planning Forum on February 6, 2020. The session will explore intergenerational conflicts, conflicts between married partners, and conflicts that occur when a trust beneficiary is also a legal client. The presenters will cover best practices for avoiding disabling conflicts, and how to best deal with conflict situations as they inevitably arise.

The Boston Probate and Estate Planning Forum is an association of experienced and senior-level trusts and estates attorneys in Massachusetts, which meets monthly to discuss topics of interest in the fields of probate, estate planning, tax and trust administration.
