Do you own or plan to buy or sell a home on Cape Cod?

Title 5 regulations, enacted in 2023, set new septic system requirements for property owners in Natural Resource Areas (NSAs), notably in Barnstable County. As of July 7, 2025, all 15 towns in the county filed Notices of Intent for Watershed Permits, so most homeowners won’t need to install IA systems before 2030.

It was a beautiful night for music, stories, and community at Greenagers’ 2nd Annual Summer Gala and benefit concert to support youth environmental stewardship and trades training programs.

Sweat for Good Games 2025

The competition was fierce and the crowds were loud during the Lip Sync Battle and dance party at the Positive Track 2025 Sweat for Good Games on September 27 at Whaleback Mountain. The games supports young people changing the world through Positive Tracks' free programming.
