Joshua Martinez Joins Hemenway & Barnes Litigation Group

Hemenway & Barnes is pleased to announce that Josh Martinez has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Group. Josh will advise individuals and businesses on a broad range of disputes, including commercial litigation, probate and fiduciary litigation, and land use matters.

Before joining Hemenway & Barnes, Josh served as a law clerk to Justice Neyman of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As a student at Suffolk University Law School, he served as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, a judicial intern with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and a law clerk with a Boston law firm, where he focused on drafting court filings and legal memoranda involving complex probate and trust matters.

He received his JD from Suffolk University Law School and BS from the University of Utah.
