Johanna Schneider to Discuss Land Court Zoning Practices at MCLE Program
Johanna Schneider will be a featured speaker at the MCLE BasicsPlus!® Zoning program on February 3, 2026, where she will discuss zoning practices and appeals before the Massachusetts Land Court.
This live program will provide a practical overview of Massachusetts zoning law, including how to review and apply zoning ordinances and bylaws, what the Zoning Act requires, prohibits, and permits, and how to practice effectively before local permitting boards. The program will also address what to expect when zoning decisions are appealed to the Land Court.
Designed for attorneys who are new to zoning or land use practice, the program will offer a valuable refresher for experienced practitioners. Planners and other non-lawyers involved in land use and development matters will find the content useful as well.
For those unable to attend the live session, a recorded webcast will be available on February 18 and 26.
