Hemenway & Barnes Sponsors MLRI's 2026 Catalyst for Change Event

Hemenway & Barnes is sponsoring the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute’s (MLRI) 2026 Catalyst for Change event, “Putting People First,” on September 15, 2026. The evening will bring together legal advocates, community leaders, private bar attorneys, and supporters committed to advancing economic and social justice across the Commonwealth.

This year’s event will honor Pratt Wiley, Esq., President & CEO of The Partnership, Inc., with the 2026 Catalyst for Change Award. Presented annually by MLRI, the award recognizes an individual whose leadership has advanced justice and equity in Massachusetts.

Founded in 1968, MLRI is a nationally recognized poverty law and policy center. Its mission is to provide statewide advocacy and leadership in advancing laws, policies, and practices that secure economic, racial, and social justice for low-income people and communities.
