Eleanor Evans to Present on Foreign Grantmaking at MCLE’s 27th Annual Nonprofit Law Conference
Eleanor Evans will co-present the session “Foreign Grantmaking for U.S. Nonprofits - Legal Essentials for Counsel” at the 27th Annual Nonprofit Law Conference on March 4, 2026, at the MCLE Conference Center in Boston, MA. This annual event highlights key developments in nonprofit law, offering practitioners practical insights to stay at the forefront of the field.
In addition to Eleanor’s session, the conference will explore a wide range of timely topics, including legislative and executive developments affecting nonprofits; diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB) initiatives; considerations for religious nonprofits; updates from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office; and a comprehensive year-in-review.
With more than 25 years of experience representing nonprofit and for-profit organizations, Eleanor advises private foundations, public charities, and other tax-exempt entities on governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives, providing practical guidance for both daily operations and long-term planning.
The session will be available live via webcast for those unable to attend in person, with recorded webcasts scheduled for March 19 and 27.
