Hemenway & Barnes is pleased to sponsor the 30th Annual Benefit Breakfast hosted by Health Law Advocates (HLA) on November 20, 2025. This milestone event will feature acclaimed journalist and storyteller Jad Abumrad, creator of the podcasts Radiolab, More Perfect, and Dolly Parton’s America. A three-time Peabody Award winner and recipient of the MacArthur Fellowship, Abumrad is known for bringing complex ideas to life through sound and story.
The Benefit Breakfast is HLA’s signature fundraising event and a vital source of support for the organization's mission to expand access to affordable, quality health care for low-income residents of Massachusetts. Since its founding, HLA has helped more than 15,000 individuals and families obtain health care.
