JOHN J. SICILIANO joined Hemenway & Barnes in 2004 as an associate working in the corporate and real estate areas.  John represents privately held businesses at all phases of development in equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions; technology licensing arrangements; corporate restructurings; corporate maintenance and general commercial transactions.  He also represents developers and lenders in real estate development projects.  John also has experience organizing non-profit corporations and representing them in various transactions.

John graduated from Georgetown University in 1995 and the University of Virginia School of Law in 2000.   Prior to practicing law, Mr. Siciliano worked in politics and in government relations in Washington, D.C.  Following graduation from law school, he practiced in the business law area at Bingham McCutchen LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
