ARTHUR B. PAGE joined Hemenway & Barnes in 2008 as an Of Counsel attorney. Mr. Page's practice includes estate and business planning for families and high net worth individuals. In particular, he counsels owners of privately held businesses, individuals who have significant charitable goals, and families with long held vacation properties. He also provides general counsel services for privately held businesses, as well as for schools, colleges and other nonprofit tax-exempt organizations, with particular emphasis on planned giving services. Mr. Page serves as a trustee, and provides financial management for individuals and charitable foundations through the firm's Trust Department. He also counsels executors and families in the course of estate administration and has experience in complex probate litigation.

Mr. Page attended Harvard College (cum laude) and received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law at the University of California and his LL.M. at Boston University School of Law.
