THOMAS L. GUIDI joined Hemenway & Barnes in 1979 and became a partner in 1985. He graduated from Dartmouth College (cum laude) in 1974 and from Boston College Law School (cum laude) in 1977. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business law, with a particular emphasis on commercial lending, work-outs, leasing, financing, acquisitions, sales, and zoning. Mr. Guidi's practice also includes a significant amount of general representation of small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Mr. Guidi is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
Mr. Guidi is a past member of the Town of Danvers Zoning Board of Appeals and regularly serves as a panelist for continuing legal education seminars. His articles on commercial real estate topics appear from time to time in local trade publications. Mr. Guidi is also a contributing author to the MCLE publication Drafting Commercial Real Estate Documents in Massachusetts.
