Practice Focus
Tim Fidgeon has advised entrepreneurs and the enterprises they founded on business planning, succession planning, tax planning and estate planning. He has assisted individuals and families in developing and implementing programs for intergenerational transfer and family maintenance of family homesteads, art, and business interests. He has administered as executor or legal advisor to multiple estates and settled numerous complex estate and gift tax audits in these capacities. Mr. Fidgeon serves as trustee of numerous individually managed trusts.

Tim has lectured for MCLE and in other venues on estate and business planning and has presented on succession planning for business and for family lands.
