Practice Focus
Arthur B. Page joined our firm in September 2008, bringing with him 30 years experience and an outstanding reputation as a trusted advisor. Art joined the practice because of its client focus and the depth and strength of its attorneys.
His practice includes estate and business planning for families and high net worth individuals. Art's particular focus is on counseling families with long-held vacation properties and private business owners with significant charitable goals. His team handles sophisticated estate administration issues, addressing tax, fiduciary and family issues.
Art also provides general counsel for colleges, foundations, public charities, and other nonprofit tax-exempt organizations. His emphasis in this area is on planned giving services. In addition, he serves as a trustee, and provides financial management for individuals and charitable foundations through the firm's Trust Department.
