Mark Elefante works with clients in the areas of real estate and business law. His focus is on acquisition, financing, permitting, development, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate.
Mark also advises individuals and families regarding the purchase, sale, development, conservation, and ownership of residential property. In addition, he represents privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Representative Experience
- Assisted local developers in connection with acquisition, construction and financing of residential projects in Boston and Cambridge
- Represented a national bank making acquisition and construction loans to developers of commercial real estate
- Advises business and charitable organizations with regard to permitting for construction projects and operations in Boston
- Represented local institutions of higher education in connection with acquisition and disposition of real estate

- Contributing author for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications concerning commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Panelist for continuing legal education seminars
- Member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, as well as the real estate sections of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations
